The Laurandy Centre is currently seeking to recruit an experienced project manager at its project in Wick, Caithness, Scotland.
The Laurandy Centre is a registered day support service of older people in need of care. The organisation is a third sector organisation and funded as a commissioned service by NHS. Twenty four people attend daily. The Organisation has an excellent reputation as a local care provider. You should have qualifications at SVQ level 4 or above in Health and Social Care along with Leadership and Management. Also, some business management training would be beneficial to the running of the project. Transitional support will be available.
A strong track record at a management level in the care sector.
- Ability to use your initiative and work independently.
- You’ll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for and promote the service locally.
- You will lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits.
- Experience of development within a service where improvements were demonstrated leading to the enhancement of the service for those in attendance.
