The Highland Third Sector Interface are looking for your nominations for the 2020 Third Sector Awards!

New handy guidance leaflet about PVG Disclosure Checks for Groups

Volunteers make a real difference to Wick

Many willing volunteers have been busy this month to complete a project to renovate the two Coghill Bridges over Wick River.  Local volunteers with support from the business

community and existing voluntary groups, have made significant improvement to the bridges which were in desperate need of repair.

The volunteers repaired and painted the railings, they replaced planks and added non-slip webbing all of which makes the bridges safer and aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, volunteers conducted a litter pick of the riverside area and the riverside was a hive of activity with members of the public all pulling together to make the area
