North Highland College students get involved for Volunteer Week

As part of Volunteer's Week this year, students from the Work and Lifeskills class at North Highland College UHI took part in a litter pick of Thurso Riverside organised by CVG Volunteer Development Officer, Catherine Patterson.  During lovely sunny weather the students worked up a sweat gathering unsightly items of litter from paths and hedgerows.  Course tutor, Fiona Buchan, was absolutely delighted with the effort and teamwork shown and she requested that this become an annual event for the students.  Well done!
