Applications for the Dream Fund 2012 are now open!

The People’s Postcode Lottery Dream Fund exists to give organisations the chance to deliver a project they have always dreamed of, but never had the opportunity to bring to life. In order to make the most of resources available, all applications must come from a collaboration of one or more organisations.

Registered charities and community organisations in Scotland can apply for up to £100,000 to deliver a new and innovative 12-month project that meets one of the following funding criteria:

•Helping Communities Lead an Active Life
•Helping to Involve Volunteers
•Helping to Tackle Climate Change
Please read the following to ensure you meet our funding criteria:

•Projects must demonstrate visible results within 12 months of receiving the grant payment
•Funding is available up to £100,000
•All applications must be submitted by at least two organisations, one of which MUST be a registered charity. The others can be another charity, a community or voluntary groups, or a community interest company
•Projects must have been developed to a point where they are ready to execute
•Projects must meet at least one of the three funding criteria: helping to involve volunteers, helping communities lead an active lifestyle and helping to tackle climate change
•Both the project and the organisations applying must be based in Scotland
•All projects must be new and innovative, with a clear charitable purpose
