Introduction to Food Hygiene Training will take place on Wednesday, February 22, from 10am to 1.30pm, at Telford House, Williamson Street. It will look at food law and HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points), food hygiene management systems and some of the myths surrounding food preparation.
